Welcome to Bahama Dreaming – just a few blocks from Center Street! Beachfront 3 story home with (heated) pool and a great putting green so everyone can have fun right on the property. A private boardwalk takes you from the pool area straight to beach sands! There is an 18 ft. expansive sliding glass door in the main family room that opens to the screened porch with great views of the beach and ocean. There is plenty of room to enjoy the pool and grill your dinner for shade lovers and sun worshippers! Each deck level has incredible views to enjoy during your stay!

On the main floor is the gourmet kitchen that is fully equipped for cooking for friends and family. There are 3 bedrooms on this level: one king, one queen, and one with a queen and twin with trundle beds. All bedrooms have private baths! A great screened porch extends the living area to the outdoors, overlooking the pool and ocean tides!

Second floor has a common room and 3 bedrooms: one king, 2 queens. A large deck is a great gathering space with covered and open space!

Third floor is another common room that opens to 2 decks. Amazing views galore from this level!

Elevator goes from garage to the main floor. 3 levels of decks for relaxing and hanging out, with a great view of the Folly pier. The main floor master suite has its own porch and amazing ocean views. There are 3 living spaces (1 on each floor). The 3rd floor game room has a wet bar & a shuffleboard table. Fully equipped gourmet kitchen. Enjoy views of beautiful sun rises and sunsets from several decks.

Please note that the pool heater will only work if air temperatures are greater than 50 degrees. Cost to heat pool is $50/day.

IMPORTANT: Folly Beach has strict rules about noise and events that can result in violations and fines. No events are allowed at this house. This is in a residential neighborhood we ask all guests to be respectful of the neighbors who live here year round and respectful of our beautiful beaches.
